• Initiation:  You tell me about your situation, work history and goals; I tell you about the process and we set a time for our detail development consultation - and you send your old resume.  Then we document by email that you commission me to prepare a resume and cover letter guaranteed to produce interviews for a set price and within a set time frame.  I'll send it to you after we talk, along with an invoice or request for payment and you just return it to me marked 'Confirmed',  send your payment.  Please return your Commission Agreement and payment promptly because I can't begin work until I have them.  Payment options: Square, Zelle, CashApp.

     

      Research:  Then, I research every angle, including:

      the skill sets for the position you want and those you've had,

      the company you want, for values/preferences,

      the trending format for your industry.

      

• Preparation:  I formulate questions about accomplishment details for your new resume because this is what the hiring manager needs to see - he wants to know what you did but, more importantly, he wants to know how well you did it.

• Phone Conference:  We'll talk for 20 - 30 minutes (up to 45 if your position needs it) to answer these questions.

•  

• Development:  I develop your resume and matching cover letter.

•  

  Screen Share:  I'll send you an invitation the day of to give you easy access - it contains a link to the meeting.  First, during the screen share, you will view that the documents are complete* and professional quality.  Next, we will read line by line and see if there is anything else we want to add, check all data and dates to make sure they are accurate.  This is a collaborative session so that you receive your documents ready to use.  * There is the odd occasion where additional information is needed.

   

  Deliverables:  Finally, I'll send your documents to you in an email, PDF and Word files, so that if either is asked for you have both because companies differ on file type.  I'll tell you how to print so you look great at your interviews and offer you an hour of FREE interview coaching.
